We conduct the affairs of the owners corporation in compliance with:
• The Owners Corporations Act 2006 and associated Regulations
• The Subdivision Act 1988 and associated Regulations
• Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) legislation
• Any other applicable state or local government legislative requirements

To support safety and risk management, we:
• Liaise with accredited fire service contractors
• Ensure all required fire safety equipment is inspected, tested, and maintained in accordance with legislative standards
• Arrange OH&S property inspections and reports as required
