Legislative Advice and Practical Support
We also provide general legislative advice and practical assistance to support committees in meeting their statutory obligations with confidence.
We conduct the affairs of the owners corporation in compliance with:
• The Owners Corporations Act 2006 and associated Regulations
• The Subdivision Act 1988 and associated Regulations
• Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) legislation
• Any other applicable state or local government legislative requirements
To support safety and risk management, we:
• Liaise with accredited fire service contractors
• Ensure all required fire safety equipment is inspected, tested, and maintained in accordance with legislative standards
• Arrange OH&S property inspections and reports as required
